POP UP COURSE - 'MAD ABOUT MUSHROOMS', 30 August,
9.30am-4pm, £110, a morning foray led by Mark Pike, followed by lunch and an
afternoon of cleaning, preserving and cooking delicious mushroom recipes.
31 August, 9.30am-1pm, £75, a morning foray followed by
lunch. This course is designed for those of you who
have done the course before, but would like to affirm your identification
skills - so, a morning foray with Mark and Giuseppe followed by lunch back at
the cookery school (you don't need to have completed the original course, but
there isn't an afternoon of cleaning, cooking and preserving on this one).
