Italian Style Summer Entertaining £110, Fully Booked
Everything you will need for relaxed 'al fresco' dining this summer. Students will prepare a menu perfect for that long lazy lunch in the sun, or a candlelit supper party on the lawn.

Seafood £120, 7 October
A day spent preparing, filleting and cooking fresh fish; shellfish and crustaceans; preparation and recipes for local crab and lobster, scallops, sea bass, clams and mussels.

Indian Cooking £110, 15 July
Pestle and mortar at the ready, spend a day in the kitchen roasting and blending your own spices to create Indian dishes with a wonderful depth of flavour.
Sample menu: Garam Masala • Lamb Curry • Spiced Chick Peas • Spinach & Potato Saag Aloo • Naan Bread • Prawn Curry • Aubergine Bartha
Pasta, Pizza & Italian Breads £110, 30 September
This course will need some serious muscle with plenty of pasta, pizza and bread dough to be kneaded!
Sample menu: Pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella, Parma Ham & Rocket • Foccacia with Rosemary & Sea Salt • Black Olive Grissini • Wild Garlic Parpadelle with Aubergine, Tomato & Burrata Sauce •
Coastal Foraging and Cookery £120, 26 August 9.30am to 3.00pm
Spend the morning foraging the local coastline for sea vegetables and edible flowers before returning to the cookery school to create a fresh, seasonal, flavour packed lunch with your foraged treasure and other local produce.

Sicilian Cooking £110, 16 September
Learn to cook (and eat) like Montalbano! Join Giuseppe in creating dishes taught to him by his mother and grandmother, exploring the delicate flavours and delicious ingredients of this beautiful mediterranean island.

Moroccan Cookery £110, 13 May, 9 September
Enjoy the intense, fresh flavours of the Middle-East and learn about slow-cooking with a tagine.

Summer Puddings & Ice Cream Making £110, 24 June
will be hands on in the kitchen preparing an array of tempting summer
desserts, delicious summer ice creams and refreshing sorbets. Using the best fruits and flowers the season has to offer.

Sicilian Cookery £50, 10 June, 10am until 1pm
Enjoy a morning preparing some of the classic Sicilian dishes!

Thai Cookery £50, 23 May
Learn the subtleties of this delicate cuisine, using fresh herbs & spices to create a variety of authentic dishes.
Sample menu: Aromatic pepper & aubergine with basil & coconut milk
• Sauteed chicken salad marinated with chilli, lemon grass & kaffir lime leaves • Aromatic jasmine rice.
CHEF's TABLE either @ The Cookery School or in the comfort of your own home £95 per person (minimum 4, maximum 8)
Group bookings for an evening at the cookery school with Giuseppe. If it's good food you're seriously interested in then book in for a delicious meal prepared in front of you and your guests.
